2013 FDI International Arbitration Moot Asia-Pacific Regional Rounds was held in Seoul, Korea from August 22-24, 2013. A total of 18 teams from Asia-Pacific nations, including China, Japan, Korea and Philippines, took part in the Moot. The team of XJTU School of Law was composed of a coach, Doctor Sheng ZHANG, and four team members, PhD candidates Juan DU and Peng WANG, and Master candidates Yunya FENG and Yuelin LIU. The team achieved the fifth place in the comprehensive performance ranking, and the four team members respectively ranked 7th (Juan DU), 13th (Yunya FENG), 23th (Peng WANG) and 35th (Yuelin LIU) in the “Top 50 Participants” selected by the organizer.
